Have practical experience implementing Azure Landing Zones, including management group hierarchies, subscription vending, platform and workload subscriptions, and central services.
Configure Microsoft Entra ID tenants, RBAC and custom roles, PIM, Conditional Access, groups, administrative units, app registrations, and service principals.
Implement managed identities and workload identity federation (OIDC) for CI/CD.
Have experience with Azure Policy and initiatives, Defender for Cloud, Key Vault, tagging and naming standards, and least privilege.
Have strong Terraform skills and/or Bicep experience, including reusable modules and remote state.
Have experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines or GitHub Actions for infrastructure, including plan/apply, environments, approvals, and OIDC authentication.
Have experience with DevSecOps scanning, including SAST, SCA, and IaC or container scanning.
Have practical experience with Azure networking, including hub-and-spoke or Virtual WAN, VNet peering, Azure Firewall, NSGs, Private Endpoints, and Private DNS.
Have experience with Azure storage, compute, high availability, disaster recovery, and observability services listed in the posting.
Have English proficiency at C1+ in speaking and writing for direct client contact.
Be available to start immediately and work at 50–70% capacity during the two-month project.

Implement Azure platform foundations as infrastructure as code, including management groups, subscriptions, policies, networking, identity, and shared services.
Configure Microsoft Entra ID, including RBAC, PIM, Conditional Access, groups, managed identities, and workload identity federation.
Build and maintain infrastructure CI/CD pipelines with security scanning and approval gates.
Configure monitoring, logging, alerts, and cost controls.
Contribute to low-level design and raise risks and improvements with the DevOps Architect.
Test deployments and support the client during solution handover.
Create technical documentation, runbooks, IaC module documentation, and diagrams.
