Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or above; Computer Science or an AI-related major is a plus.
- Have hands-on project experience, including personal projects, coursework, internships, or open-source contributions.
- Have a foundation in at least one backend language: Java or Golang.
- Be familiar with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks.
- Have experience building end-to-end projects through personal, academic, or internship work.
- Have a basic understanding of database design and core backend concepts.
- Be familiar with mainstream AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code.
- Be able to clearly articulate requirements and constraints to AI tools.
- Demonstrate logical thinking, communication skills, and an eagerness to learn new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end development of product features across frontend and backend under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Learn and integrate AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code into the daily development workflow.
- Help translate product requirements into working implementations across frontend and backend.
- Contribute ideas and learn full stack practices as part of the team.
- Observe cross-team collaboration and suggest improvements to product, design, and engineering workflows.
- Contribute throughout the product lifecycle, from design to deployment and iteration.
