Requirements
- Have proven experience in QA automation, with hands-on work in Cypress, Selenium or similar frameworks.
- Have strong knowledge of UI, API, integration and regression testing practices and automation design.
- Have practical JavaScript/TypeScript experience and familiarity with PHP.
- Have experience testing REST or API-first, service-based architectures.
- Have experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Have experience with tools such as Xray and Jira.
- Be familiar with Agile/Scrum delivery, risk-based testing and test strategy techniques.
- Be able to produce and interpret quality metrics and perform defect analysis.
- Have English language proficiency at C1 level.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain automated UI, API, integration and regression test suites using Cypress, Selenium or similar tools.
- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines to support continuous validation and fast feedback.
- Assess release readiness using a risk-based approach and prioritise testing effort.
- Collaborate with backend, frontend, SRE and product teams on testability, acceptance criteria and automation strategies.
- Perform manual testing when needed, including exploratory, usability and complex scenarios not yet automated.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and share test automation and quality-process practices.
- Contribute to test strategy, quality metrics, defect analysis and continuous improvement of QA standards.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum planning, grooming and retrospectives.
