Requirements
- Hold a master's or doctoral degree from a clinical track, such as MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, or PsyD.
- Hold an unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license permitting independent practice without supervision.
- Have no current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
- Be licensed in Minnesota.
- Speak Mandarin.
- Have experience and commitment to evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, or DBT and clinical best practices such as measurement-based care and promoting skills practice.
- Be able to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families.
- Have experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises as needed.
- Be a full-time resident of the United States.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy to children, adults, couples, and/or families.
- Deliver culturally responsive care to clients with a range of mental health needs.
- Provide care virtually or in person, with in-person care strongly preferred.
- Manage risk and respond to clinical crises as needed.
