Requirements
- Bring 10+ years of experience with modern .NET.
- Have 3+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or Senior .NET Developer with technical leadership responsibilities.
- Have experience delivering solutions in banking, fintech, or another regulated industry.
- Understand event-driven architecture and Kafka.
- Have hands-on Azure experience, including Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, and Application Insights.
- Have experience with Docker and Kubernetes in containerized environments.
- Know Redis and NoSQL databases.
- Be fluent in English.
- Distributed systems design at scale is a nice to have.
- Knowledge of cloud-native development patterns is a nice to have.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction of the development team.
- Design and develop modern event-driven microservices.
- Drive architecture and technology decisions.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure high code quality and engineering best practices.
- Support delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
