Requirements
- Have Senior QA-level experience and strong technical foundations.
- Know API testing and test automation in code.
- Have experience working with databases and SQL.
- Be able to analyze large amounts of data and draw conclusions.
- Understand backend systems and data flows between services.
- Choose a testing approach based on risk, from quick manual checks to scripts and a full test harness.
- Identify risks and problems independently, including beyond the immediate task.
- Apply a product and business mindset, considering quality from the user's perspective.
- Question assumptions, ask questions, and identify gaps in requirements.
- Work effectively in a dynamic environment with incomplete requirements.
- Communicate fluently in English for direct collaboration with a UK client.
Responsibilities
- Test AI solutions, including the correctness of results generated from conversation transcripts.
- Analyze large datasets for anomalies and potential problems.
- Use SQL Server, Snowflake, and Cosmos DB to find test data and verify system behavior.
- Perform API tests and verify communication between services.
- Create API and end-to-end tests in code.
- Prepare tools and solutions to support automation and large-scale testing.
- Use AI tools such as Claude to create tests and analyze the codebase.
- Analyze system architecture and data flows between services and databases.
- Participate in CI/CD processes and verify changes before production deployment.
- Collaborate with developers from refinement through delivery and retrospectives.
