Requirements
- Have 3-5 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or financial analysis.
- Have strong experience in cash forecasting and liquidity management.
- Have experience working in a multinational or complex corporate environment.
- Be able to analyze large data sets and present meaningful insights.
- Have experience supporting treasury operations and reporting activities.
- Have advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and financial modelling.
- Have experience with treasury management systems and online banking platforms.
- Be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work independently to tight deadlines.
- PowerPoint and Power BI experience are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Support payment and funding activities and assist with intercompany funding analysis and reporting.
- Monitor bank account activity and help ensure treasury policies and controls are followed.
- Coordinate banking administration and support board, audit, and management reporting packs.
- Prepare and improve short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts.
- Monitor liquidity, cash balances, and available liquidity, and support short-term cash management.
- Consolidate forecast submissions and analyze variances between forecasted and actual cash flows.
- Document treasury processes and controls and identify efficiency improvements.
- Improve reporting automation, including the use of AI, and support enhancements to forecasting models and treasury management tools.
- Partner with finance teams and banking partners and respond to treasury-related queries.
