Requirements
- Hold a master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Have a full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently; accepted licenses include LPC, LCSW, and LMFT.
- Have experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to work collaboratively and creatively to meet deadlines.
- Be comfortable working with clients with a diverse range of problems or concerns.
- Be able to pass a background check.
- Demonstrate and model stable and appropriate boundaries with clients.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, and create and implement treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation, including diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes, according to company policy.
- Provide care for clients and collaborate with the clinical team.
- Use creative interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Prepare and submit documentation for each session according to company guidelines and protocol.
- Coordinate services with care providers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, company staff, and school staff as needed.
- Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
- For full-time status, maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week.
