Job Details

Have strong practical knowledge of ArcGIS Enterprise and experience maintaining it in production.
Have experience administering and configuring ArcGIS Enterprise components: Portal, ArcGIS Server, Data Store, and Web Adaptors.
Have experience maintaining enterprise solutions in AWS.
Have practical Kubernetes experience, preferably AWS EKS.
Have experience deploying or maintaining ArcGIS on Kubernetes or other container platforms.
Know Linux systems, networking, and cloud security.
Have practical Infrastructure as Code and infrastructure automation experience, such as Terraform.
Have strong Python and/or Bash scripting skills.
Have experience designing and maintaining CI/CD processes.
Know high availability, disaster recovery, monitoring, and platform security.
Be able to make technical decisions, solve complex problems, and support other engineers' development.
Have English proficiency at C1 level.

Design, configure, update, and maintain ArcGIS Enterprise in production.
Develop and maintain the GIS platform running on AWS EKS (Kubernetes).
Ensure platform availability, security, performance, and scalability.
Design and implement high-availability and disaster-recovery solutions.
Automate provisioning, deployments, updates, scaling, backups, and environment recovery.
Develop infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines.
Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational dashboards.
Define standards for authentication, authorization, certificate management, and licensing.
Prepare technical documentation, runbooks, and incident-response procedures.
Lead technically, mentor Senior Engineers, and collaborate with GIS, Cloud, Platform, Data, and Analytics teams.
