Requirements
- Have about 2 years (1–3 years) of hands-on Meta media-buying experience, with Facebook as a main specialty.
- Be fluent in English.
- Be available at about 2am EST for the daily budget reset.
- Be comfortable using Meta Ads Manager.
- Be able to quickly learn and use AdManage, Northbeam, Asana and AI tools such as Claude.
- Maintain accurate naming and formatting.
- Complete daily account checks and budget resets reliably.
- Be willing to work overtime or weekends if needed.
- Bonus: experience with Google, TikTok, AppLovin or Snapchat.
- Bonus: Shopify DTC or pet-brand experience.
Responsibilities
- Launch approved ads, Trybe creator ads, landing pages and funnel tests each day using Asana launch tasks, AdManage and Claude.
- Relaunch ads into new ad accounts and create Facebook pages when requested by strategists.
- Manage budgets, campaigns and ads across Facebook, Google, AppLovin, TikTok and Snapchat.
- Surf and scale budgets every couple of hours and run the daily budget reset at about 2am EST.
- Check every ad account daily in Northbeam and optimise ads and campaigns to the SOPs.
- Log significant account changes in Northbeam comments.
- Write and update media-buying SOPs so daily administration can be delegated or automated.
- Post daily priorities, update department KPIs weekly and attend the Thursday performance marketing call.
- Meet weekly with the Head of Growth to review account decisions and apply feedback.
