Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software testing, data validation, quality assurance, or related technical testing.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing manual test cases.
- Experience testing or validating Python notebooks and analytical processes, SQL scripts, queries and database outputs, BusinessObjects reports and analytical outputs, or AI chatbots, assistants, or AI-enabled applications.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills.
- Preferred: Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or healthcare claims data.
- Preferred: Working knowledge of SQL or Python.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar enterprise data platforms.
- Preferred: Experience supporting federal healthcare programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute manual test cases for assigned data analytics tools and technologies.
- Validate analytical outputs, data accuracy, business rules, and functionality.
- Identify, document, and track defects and testing results.
- Perform regression testing.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues.
