Have 5+ years of professional experience with modern OOP PHP (8.x).
Have 3+ years of hands-on experience with Laravel.
Know the Laravel ecosystem, including Eloquent, Queues, Jobs, Events, Service Container, Middleware, and Authentication.
Have 3+ years of production experience with React or Vue.
Bring strong TypeScript and modern JavaScript skills.
Have experience designing RESTful APIs, including authentication, validation, and error handling.
Have solid SQL skills with MySQL or PostgreSQL, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
Have hands-on experience with Redis and queue-based architectures.
Have experience with automated testing using tools such as PHPUnit, Pest, Jest, Vitest, or Playwright.
Be comfortable with Git-based workflows, pull requests, and CI/CD pipelines.
Have experience working in AI-assisted development environments such as Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and good written and spoken English.

Build and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using Laravel and React or Vue.
Contribute to application architecture, including service design, data modeling, caching, and queue-based processing.
Design and build RESTful APIs and integrations with internal and third-party systems.
Develop reusable Laravel packages and front-end components shared across projects.
Refactor legacy code, optimize queries, and improve application response times.
Write automated tests and participate in code reviews and CI/CD improvements.
Document technical decisions, APIs, and specifications.
Work with product, design, QA, and engineering teams to scope and deliver features.
