Requirements
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of SAP Business Partner and SAP Master Data.
- Have practical knowledge of Master Data Integration and Master Data Governance.
- Understand procurement and sales processes.
- Understand the master data lifecycle, including creation, maintenance, integration, and change management.
- Have experience in large SAP transformation programs.
- Be able to independently lead workshops and client discussions.
- Work autonomously with limited supervision.
- Prepare precise, professional client-facing materials with strong attention to detail.
- Communicate fluently in spoken and written English.
- Communicate in English and Polish at C1 level, as specified in the posting.
Responsibilities
- Lead client workshops on SAP Business Partner and Master Data Management.
- Facilitate business and technical discussions and develop solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and support solution definition.
- Take ownership of assigned topics, tasks, and deliverables.
- Prepare project materials, documentation, and presentations for clients.
- Collaborate with business, IT, and other project teams.
- Coordinate activities and agreements with stakeholders.
- Join the existing transformation program quickly and deliver tasks independently.
