Requirements
- Have at least 8 years of commercial experience as a Java Developer.
- Have practical experience designing and building scalable backend systems.
- Know Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate, REST, PostgreSQL, Git, and Jira.
- Have at least one year of production experience implementing, integrating, and optimizing LLM solutions.
- Have practical experience with AI-SDLC tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, MCP, or Copilot Extensions, and using them in individual and team workflows.
- Have experience defining standards for AI use in software development and implementing improvements across the SDLC.
- Have experience with AI integration frameworks such as Spring AI or LangChain4j.
- Have strong knowledge of integrating LLM model APIs.
- Know embedding concepts and have experience working with vector databases.
- Have experience implementing and monitoring AI solutions for observability.
- Know the Specification-Driven Development approach.
- Have a relevant higher education qualification in computer science, mathematics, banking, or a related field.
- Have English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and integrate AI-SDLC tools that support the software development lifecycle.
- Design and develop agentic workflows and multi-agent systems for development processes.
- Integrate LLM-based solutions with existing organizational systems and tools.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and automate software development processes using AI, with a focus on the full SDLC.
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams to identify AI use cases, improve workflows, and implement system solutions.
- Review AI-related solutions and design, develop, and implement improvements to software development processes.
- Lead workshops, training, and educational sessions on using AI in software development.
