Requirements
- Have solid programming foundations, demonstrated by completed studies in computer science or a related field, or at least two years of commercial experience with PHP and React.js.
- Be able to learn quickly and understand complex technical aspects of solutions.
- Understand and have practiced using modern AI programming tools such as Cursor or Windsurf; prior professional experience is not required.
- Know programming design patterns and practices such as SOLID, KISS, and DRY.
- Be capable of working with version control systems such as Git.
- Be fluent in Polish.
- Preferred: knowledge of web application performance and optimization.
- Preferred: familiarity with cloud application infrastructure, such as GCP.
- Preferred: experience with microservices architecture, Docker, unit and integration testing, or Node.js/Nest.js.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to creating end-to-end IT solutions.
- Develop web applications, including new features, bug fixes, and refactoring.
- Help design the architecture of new solutions and developer infrastructure.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain the quality of delivered solutions.
- Continuously improve development process standards.
- Work closely with developers, project managers/product owners, and QA.
