Requirements
- Hold an active, unrestricted nursing license.
- Graduate from an accredited BSN, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification acute care experience.
- Hold current BLS certification.
- Have an ICH-GCP Certificate or be willing to obtain one.
- Have basic IT proficiency with mobile devices, documentation systems, and Microsoft tools.
- Be able to work independently in home-based settings.
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Be trained in handling and transport of hazardous substances; training can be provided.
- Have a flexible schedule.
- Clinical research experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to clinical trial participants in their homes.
- Perform study-related procedures, including vital signs, specimen collection, processing and shipment, and electrocardiograms.
- Administer investigational medications or products according to study protocols.
- Assess patients, monitor for adverse events, and report findings to the study team or Principal Investigator.
- Document visit activities in accordance with study requirements.
- Educate patients on study procedures, medications, and compliance.
- Follow ICH-GCP guidelines, study protocols, and ethical research requirements.
- Protect patient privacy and handle protected health information securely.
- Advocate for participants and their families, and escalate concerns appropriately.
