Requirements
- Have 5+ years of commercial experience as a Java Developer.
- Have experience building and maintaining REST APIs and backend applications.
- Have practical experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Kiro, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.
- Have experience designing or implementing AI agents or agent-based workflows.
- Be familiar with modern AI frameworks and technologies such as LangGraph, FastMCP, Model Context Protocol (MCP), or similar.
- Have practical experience applying AI to software development, automation, or business applications.
- Be able to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have good communication skills in English (minimum B2).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java.
- Build and enhance REST APIs supporting business-critical services.
- Develop AI-enabled features and integrate modern AI capabilities into backend applications.
- Design and implement AI agent workflows using modern AI frameworks and runtime technologies.
- Collaborate with software engineers and AI specialists to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Contribute to CI/CD processes and software delivery.
- Use AI-powered development tools to improve productivity, engineering quality, and development workflows.
