Have a minimum of 10 years of commercial experience in software development.
Bring strong commercial experience with Python, Django, and Django REST Framework (DRF).
Have hands-on experience with TypeScript and RxJS.
Have experience developing and maintaining large, production-grade applications.
Have strong PostgreSQL knowledge, including query optimization, indexing, and database migrations.
Have experience designing and developing REST APIs.
Have experience with Redis or similar caching technologies.
Have experience with Celery or other background task processing solutions.
Have experience with automated testing using pytest or similar frameworks.
Have practical experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
Be able to work with complex legacy codebases, including refactoring and modernization.
Understand software architecture, maintainability, and performance optimization.
Be able to independently analyze requirements, propose solutions, and deliver features.
Have English proficiency at C1 level or higher and be available for afternoon meetings in CET/CEST.

Develop, maintain, and improve a complex SaaS platform using Python, Django, and Angular.
Work on backend services and frontend application components.
Design and develop REST APIs and integrations with external systems.
Optimize database queries, application performance, and background processing.
Maintain existing code and deliver new features.
Contribute to technical decisions and improvements within the existing architecture.
Participate in knowledge transfer and help establish effective development practices.
Analyze requirements, provide estimates, and support release planning.
Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and documentation.
Coordinate backend changes and API integrations with mobile developers, and collaborate directly with US-based product and engineering stakeholders.
