Requirements
- Have a master's-level degree.
- Hold licensure.
- Have knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
- Be able to develop treatment plans.
- Be comfortable using technology throughout the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.
- Have experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals.
- Be able to utilize comprehensive assessments.
- Have a private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes.
- Meet background and regulatory requirements.
- Be fluent in English; Spanish is preferred, and proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Be available for a Monday-to-Friday schedule, with shift options of 10a-7p or 11a-8p ET.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient services through the telehealth program.
- Use comprehensive assessments to support client care.
- Develop treatment plans.
