Requirements
- Have 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong full-stack exposure.
- Have 3+ years of production experience with .NET, C#, .NET Core or .NET 6+, and ASP.NET Core.
- Have relational database experience, including MSSQL; SQL Server and PostgreSQL are also named.
- Know JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, or have experience with .NET UI frameworks such as Blazor and Razor Pages.
- Have experience with ORM tooling such as Entity Framework Core.
- Have a strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration patterns.
- Have experience with automated unit and integration testing and backend and frontend test frameworks.
- Have practical Docker containerization experience and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Have experience deploying and operating cloud services; Azure is preferred, with AWS or GCP acceptable.
- Be able to work independently and deliver results in a remote setup.
- Have intermediate-advanced English.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and operate scalable backend services using .NET, C#, and ASP.NET Core.
- Build and maintain responsive, accessible user interfaces using modern frontend technologies or .NET UI frameworks such as Blazor and Razor Pages.
- Design and consume RESTful APIs, optionally GraphQL, and integrate with databases and external systems.
- Ensure code quality through unit and integration testing, code reviews, and automated pipelines.
- Drive architectural decisions for backend, frontend, and their integration.
- Collaborate with designers and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and support application reliability and security.
- Mentor and coach engineers and contribute to best practices and team processes.
- Participate in an agile development process and improve delivery and observability.
- Document design choices, API contracts, and deployment procedures.
