Requirements
- Have personally driven a complex product feature from idea to launch and be able to explain the work.
- Bring full-stack engineering experience with TypeScript and Go.
- Have strong expertise in either TypeScript or Go and be ready to deepen expertise in the other.
- Demonstrate strong debugging and performance instincts.
- Use query profiles and flame graphs to investigate performance issues.
- Care about user experience, speed, and product polish.
Responsibilities
- Own product features from design through implementation, testing, and production rollout.
- Build and improve Kimchi Studio, a desktop app for collaborative autonomous coding agents.
- Work directly with product and engineering teams on complex, non-routine problems.
- Debug application performance issues and identify causes using query profiles and flame graphs.
- Improve the user experience, speed, and polish of the desktop app.
