Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise or data architecture.
- Deep expertise in data architecture and strategy.
- Proven leadership in large-scale data transformation initiatives involving data platforms, integrations, or migrations.
- Strong experience with data integration patterns, including APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud data platforms.
- Ability to define enterprise roadmaps and execute across complex organizations.
- Expertise in data governance, data modeling, and systems of record.
- Experience implementing data product or domain-driven data architectures is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF is preferred.
- Experience with modern data platforms such as cloud data lakes, streaming technologies, or API management platforms is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Establish and evangelize the enterprise data vision, principles, and target architecture aligned to business strategy.
- Design the transition from legacy point-to-point integrations to domain-aligned data products.
- Partner with the Data Governance Office to define data product ownership, lifecycle, quality, and consumption standards.
- Establish systems of record and authoritative data sources across domains.
- Build a prioritized, multi-year roadmap to modernize data platforms and integrations.
- Sequence migration of consumers from legacy data assets to modern data products.
- Drive adoption of scalable, event-driven, and real-time data patterns and guide selection of data platforms, tools, and integration technologies.
- Align business and IT leaders on data ownership, priorities, and adoption strategies, and mentor data, integration, and domain architecture teams.
