- Assist with hotel, resort, and other travel reservations.
- Research destinations and identify options that fit individual travel needs.
- Coordinate additional travel arrangements and vacation details when requested.
- Organize reservation confirmations and important trip information.
- Communicate with clients about booking details, updates, and important deadlines.
- Assist with reservation modifications and travel updates.
- Maintain accurate and organized booking and client information.
- Stay informed about hotels, destinations, travel products, and supplier resources.
