- Have a master’s degree in Social Work.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
- Have experience working independently with diverse client needs.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychotherapy sessions through telehealth.
- Complete clinical assessments and review relevant client history.
- Address emotional, behavioral, and situational concerns during treatment.
- Maintain complete and current clinical records.
- Recognize when a referral or additional service may be appropriate.
- Follow Hawaii licensing, confidentiality, and telehealth requirements.
