- Demonstrate strong legal reasoning and issue-spotting skills.
- Have legal document review skills.
- Demonstrate excellent written English communication skills.
- Identify nuanced legal errors and gaps in reasoning with high attention to detail.
- Provide clear, objective, and well-structured written feedback.
Responsibilities
- Analyze employment law scenarios, identify relevant legal issues, assess potential risks, and apply sound legal judgment.
- Review AI-generated legal analyses, arguments, and documents for legal accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify legal errors, missing information, unsupported conclusions, and weaknesses in legal reasoning.
- Provide clear, structured feedback and corrections to improve the quality and reliability of AI-generated legal outputs.
- Apply issue-spotting and critical analysis skills when evaluating complex legal scenarios.
- Maintain accuracy, clarity, and attention to detail throughout the review process.
