- Basic understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for creators’ and influencers’ needs.
- Flexible working hours.

- An entrepreneurial attitude toward helping each creator grow their independent business.
- Strong willingness to learn.
- A good understanding of Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok ads is a plus.
- Experience working with influencers or creators on social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok is a plus.
- Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of creators and influencers.
- Identify creators’ and influencers’ needs.
- Provide comprehensive solutions for creators’ and influencers’ needs.
- Support creators in running their businesses.
- Work with creators across their respective industries and niches.
