Requirements
- Have expertise in Google My Business, especially in the US.
- Be familiar with all GMB verification methods.
- Be able to learn and adapt to various software systems.
- Meet the specified minimum computer requirements: supported Intel, AMD, or Macintosh processor; at least 12 GB RAM; at least 128 GB SSD storage; and 2 GB graphics memory.
- Meet the primary internet requirements: jitter below 10 ms, latency below 160 ms, upload above 25 Mbps, and download above 40 Mbps.
- Maintain secondary internet with jitter below 10 ms, latency below 160 ms, and upload and download speeds of at least 25 Mbps.
- Have reliable power backup that can sustain a full shift of at least 8 hours; a UPS alone is not sufficient.
- Maintain power and internet backups.
- Have excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Be able to work in the Pacific Time Zone.
