Requirements
- Have working experience with the Nokia Container Services (NCS) platform.
- Bring a deep understanding of mobile core network technologies, including LTE/VoLTE/VoWiFi/5G, Telco/Public Cloud (CNF and VNF), and IP Connectivity.
- Have proficiency with TCP/IP, routing and switching, network security and management, DNS, Radius, LDAP, MAP, and Diameter Policy Control and Charging.
- Configure and troubleshoot OpenStack and Kubernetes-based platforms, including CBIS, NCS, OCP, and NRHO.
- Have experience with L2/L3 switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Have familiarity with Airframe, HPE, Dell, and EMC servers and storage.
- Have experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and Thanos monitoring solutions.
- Be familiar with DevOps tools, cyber security, Ansible, GitOps, cloud MoO processes, and Salesforce ticketing.
- Have customer-facing experience, including 24/7 emergency on-call support.
- Have experience managing cross-functional escalations and coordinating resources.
- Know project management principles and methodologies.
- Understand business concepts and development processes.
- Be proficient in written and spoken English.
