Responsibilities
- Meet with clients virtually to educate them on available benefit programs.
- Help individuals and families understand and enroll in the benefits they qualify for.
- Deliver customer service while building long-term client relationships.
- Manage appointments and maintain accurate client records.
- Learn the organization’s systems through hands-on coaching and mentorship.
- Participate in ongoing leadership coaching and development.
- Learn to mentor and support new team members.
- Develop skills to lead teams and advance into supervisory and management positions based on performance.
