Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience editing long-form podcast content in a Diary of a CEO, Huberman Lab, or similar premium YouTube podcast style; include a sample.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Working knowledge of dialogue cleanup and audio balancing.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Adequate local storage capacity to manage large 4K media files.
  • Be comfortable working within an established workflow and receiving structured, direct feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Sync and assemble multi-camera footage into a full-length episode, typically 60–90 minutes.
  • Clean and balance dialogue audio.
  • Trim dead air and tighten pacing while preserving the natural flow of conversation.
  • Label and rough-cut 4–6 strong social clip moments within the timeline.
  • Build rough timelines for vertical social cutdowns.
  • Maintain an organized Premiere project structure for the internal team to use for final polish, packaging, and distribution.
