Requirements
- Have 6 or more years of professional experience developing enterprise Oracle database solutions.
- Demonstrate strong Oracle PL/SQL expertise, including packages, stored procedures, functions, cursors, triggers, collections, exceptions, and dynamic SQL.
- Have advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, analytical and window functions, and query optimization.
- Have experience with Oracle Database 12c, 19c, or newer enterprise environments.
- Understand Oracle indexing, partitioning, materialized views, execution plans, and optimizer statistics.
- Have experience optimizing high-volume OLTP and OLAP workloads.
- Have hands-on experience with Oracle SQL Developer, TOAD, SQL*Plus, or similar tools.
- Have experience developing ETL processes and integrating Oracle databases with external systems.
- Have experience with Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or CI/CD pipelines for database deployment automation.
- Have experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and database objects.
- Develop optimized SQL queries for large transactional and analytical databases.
- Design database schemas, indexing strategies, and partitioning models.
- Build ETL processes and database integration components.
- Develop batch processing jobs and automated database workflows.
- Analyze execution plans, identify SQL bottlenecks, and tune database performance.
- Implement database security, auditing, role-based access controls, and data encryption standards.
- Develop database migration scripts, deployment packages, and release automation processes.
- Review database code, troubleshoot production issues, and resolve data integrity problems.
- Support database modernization initiatives involving OCI, Azure, or AWS.
