Requirements
- Have proven experience optimizing product onboarding to improve conversion and reduce drop-offs.
- Bring strong judgment in UX/UI and interaction design.
- Be comfortable owning UX end-to-end and driving UX independently when needed.
- Use product usage signals and customer feedback to prioritize work.
- Be meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong attention to product gaps and regressions.
- Partner effectively with design and engineering.
- Produce comprehensive PRDs, tickets, prototypes, or designs with minimal review.
Responsibilities
- Own the product experience end-to-end, including the onboarding experience.
- Own the roadmap and define product features.
- Review the product surface area from the dashboard through features and their connections across modules.
- Identify UX friction, gaps, inconsistencies, and regressions by comparing specifications, staging, and production.
- Use usage signals and customer feedback to prioritize product improvements.
- Lead design reviews and propose UX optimizations and next-step features.
- Translate product understanding into onboarding, product marketing pages, and in-app education.
- Ship simple improvements while reducing UI clutter and avoiding overbuilding.
