Requirements
- Have a background in FP&A, tax, strategic or startup finance, or a strong bookkeeping or accounting background.
- Be fluent in accounting concepts and their practical application across a variety of businesses.
- Be able to explain accounting topics clearly to people without accounting expertise.
- Build trust and communicate patiently with customers.
- Be proactive and attentive to details.
- Be curious about agriculture, family businesses, and the real economy.
- Be available during typical business hours across US time zones for customer meetings.
Responsibilities
- Advise a portfolio of complex farms, ranches, construction companies, and other Full Service customers.
- Help customers organize financial data and achieve clean books.
- Guide customers in using financial insights to make business decisions.
- Set up businesses on Ambrook and support customer onboarding.
- Own customer relationships and manage the end-to-end process of untangling existing books.
- Determine the right financial structure for customers' target insights.
- Identify opportunities for product changes, process improvements, and internal tooling.
- Build processes and tools to support customers at scale.
- Share patterns from customer work with Product, Design, and Engineering.
