Requirements
- Have 5–8+ years of experience in trust & safety, content moderation, or platform governance at a major internet or social platform.
- Bring a deep understanding of crypto, blockchain, and Web3, including the ability to identify crypto-native risks and bad actors.
- Have experience managing moderation teams and vendor relationships at scale.
- Demonstrate strong policy-writing and decision-making skills under ambiguity.
- Be comfortable using dashboards, SQL, and operational metrics.
- Be fluent in English, verbally and in writing.
- Remain calm and decisive under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and iterate on platform content policies and community guidelines.
- Define moderation standards for crypto-specific risks, including scams, market manipulation, misinformation, and harmful financial advice.
- Drive policy enforcement frameworks that balance automation with AI review.
- Oversee day-to-day moderation operations, including internal teams and outsourced vendors.
- Optimize moderation workflows and quality assurance processes.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to improve AI moderation tools, AI classifiers, and reporting systems.
- Monitor emerging threats and abuse patterns, and lead incident response for high-severity violations and crisis scenarios.
- Develop escalation protocols and coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Policy, and Creator Ops teams.
- Define and track governance KPIs, and produce regular transparency reports and insights for leadership.
