Requirements
- Hold a degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics.
- Have 1-3 years of full-time work experience in an Analytics role.
- Bring strong SQL skills and the ability to independently write and debug complex queries on large-scale datasets.
- Campaign, growth, or marketing analytics experience is a strong plus.
- Experience with a visualization tool such as DataWind is a strong plus.
- Experience with an AI tool such as Claude Code is a strong plus.
- Python or R experience is nice to have.
- Be self-driven and able to learn and apply new tools and techniques quickly.
- Be curious about identifying, investigating, and explaining trends and patterns in data.
- Be able to break down complex concepts and technical findings into clear, simple language.
- Have an interest in emerging technologies related to blockchain and AI.
Responsibilities
- Pull, validate, and structure data across the full conversion funnel for growth and marketing campaigns.
- Measure campaign performance using conversion rates, CAC, ROI, and retention of acquired users.
- Translate campaign results into actionable recommendations for marketing and operations teams.
- Build and maintain campaign and growth dashboards.
- Automate recurring data pulls where possible.
- Use SQL and internal data platforms to work with large volumes of user behavior and transactional data.
- Design and run cohort analyses to support campaign optimization.
- Turn complex findings into visualizations and clear narratives for operational teams and executives.
