Requirements

Currently reside in India.
Have a strong understanding of popular culture in India.
Commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week and a maximum of 20 hours per week.
Sign and adhere to the project NDA.
Have a smartphone and personal computer with a reliable internet connection.
Have reliable antivirus software.
Pass the client’s required training modules and test before commencing work.
Be at least 18 years old.
Have English and Bengali proficiency.
Only one Search Quality Rater may work per household.

Responsibilities

Test and evaluate how clients’ search engines respond to everyday searches.
Work through search evaluation assignments.
Provide feedback on text, audio, images, and videos.
Help refine AI data used by search engines, social media sites, and streaming platforms.
Maintain quality and accuracy SLAs.
