Requirements
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Have 3–5 years of experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bring experience working with Managed Medicaid; this is preferred.
- Have a background in wound care; this is a strong plus.
- Demonstrate verbal and written communication skills.
- Have strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Be able to take initiative and solve problems independently.
- Demonstrate a professional presentation and demeanor.
- Be proficient with computers and related software.
- Have attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the VA and Managed Medicaid business.
- Sell additional services and build professional relationships with clients.
- Educate business partners and end users on AOTI products and services.
- Provide proactive support and customer service to clients and partners.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to establish new business.
- Respond to inquiries and provide knowledgeable, courteous service.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of company products and services.
- Follow up on interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.
