Requirements
- Bring significant out-of-home production experience and broader print expertise.
- Be fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Demonstrate fluency with billboard, transit, and large-format specifications, bleed, resolution, and vendor submission standards.
- Manage CMYK, Pantone, and spot color considerations accurately across print workflows.
- Bring a practiced eye for typography, color, spacing, and layout accuracy.
- Understand the full arc of print production and apply technical precision and creative judgment.
- Maintain organized file systems and documentation.
- Collaborate constructively, respond well to feedback, and manage multiple deliverables with shifting timelines.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage print-ready files across formats, including large-format and out-of-home applications.
- Produce accurate, production-ready mechanicals from existing design concepts and brand guidelines.
- Apply out-of-home production specifications, including billboard, transit, bleed, resolution, and vendor submission requirements.
- Manage color across print workflows, including CMYK, Pantone, and spot colors.
- Coordinate with print vendors and production partners to deliver files correctly and on time.
- Maintain organized, clearly labeled file systems and documentation.
- Support creative and design teams from initial file setup through final delivery.
- Collaborate with designers, art directors, and account managers.
