Requirements
- Have 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, social media, or content, or a strong portfolio showing similar work.
- Have excellent written English and the ability to write naturally for different audiences.
- Be comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity in daily work.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, especially with data consistency across platforms.
- Be familiar with Reddit and Quora community norms.
- Be organized and reliable, and able to follow processes while flagging ideas for improvement.
- Google Business Profile or local SEO experience is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Semrush, or Ahrefs is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Set up, verify, and maintain business profiles on Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, LinkedIn, Yelp, Facebook, Trustpilot, Nextdoor, Foursquare, and YellowPages.
- Keep the business name, address, and phone number identical across listings and audit them for inconsistencies.
- Write conversational business descriptions and profile content that reflect how people phrase questions to AI assistants.
- Participate transparently in communities such as Reddit and Quora by answering questions and sharing expertise.
- Encourage and manage customer reviews on Google, Yelp, and Trustpilot, and respond professionally.
- Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to draft content, research questions, and speed up routine work.
- Track the brand's appearances in AI-generated answers and local search results, and report progress monthly.
- Support basic SEO tasks, including updating website content and keywords as directed.
