Requirements
- Have a minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in mobile application development.
- Have strong commercial experience with at least one of Flutter, iOS (Swift), or Android (Kotlin).
- Have independently delivered several commercial mobile applications end-to-end.
- Have experience owning the application lifecycle from requirements analysis and architecture through implementation, release, and production support.
- Have experience with Node.js.
- Have experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services.
- Understand mobile architecture, design patterns, and the application lifecycle.
- Have experience publishing, releasing, and maintaining applications for the App Store and/or Google Play.
- Have experience working with Git and CI/CD workflows.
- Have practical experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, or Claude in everyday software development.
- Be able to make technical decisions without constant supervision and communicate with engineering and business stakeholders.
- Have English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain modern mobile applications.
- Own the development process from requirements through production.
- Make technical decisions independently and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with product, backend, QA, and business teams.
- Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
- Optimize application performance, stability, and user experience.
- Maintain code quality through testing and engineering best practices.
- Manage application deployment, releases, and production support.
- Identify technical issues and propose improvements.
- Use AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and software quality.
