Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of UX/UI design experience for web or mobile applications.
- Have practical knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Have experience working with design systems.
- Know Nielsen heuristics.
- Have experience planning and conducting usability tests.
- Know WCAG digital accessibility standards.
- Know English.
- Meet the listed language levels: Polish C2 and English B2.
Responsibilities
- Design user experiences and interfaces for web and mobile applications, including mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Develop information architecture and maintain consistent user experiences across digital channels.
- Create and develop components and libraries of elements within a design system.
- Plan and conduct usability research and tests, analyze user behavior, and recommend improvements.
- Verify that implemented features conform to UX/UI designs and participate in acceptance testing.
- Design improvements to sales processes and digital self-service channels.
