Requirements
- Have 5 to 6+ years of customer-facing technical delivery experience, such as forward deployed or solutions engineering, SRE, or platform consulting.
- Have experience deploying infrastructure or security software in customer environments and keeping it running afterward.
- Have hands-on experience running real workloads, identity and access, networking, and audit logging on at least one major cloud.
- Write code in Go or Python for integrations and tooling, and be able to read Go services.
- Be comfortable with SQL and APIs.
- Use AI coding agents daily, such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex, and have hands-on MCP experience.
- Understand change management, approvals, release processes, and audit processes.
- Have restricted-network experience, including proxies, private networking, data residency, or self-hosted or in-cluster installs.
- Explain trade-offs clearly, set expectations, and make progress when requirements are unclear.
- Be fluent in English and open to travel to customers across Europe and the US, up to roughly a quarter of your time.
Responsibilities
- Run customer onboarding end to end, connecting cloud accounts, deploying sensors, and reaching a first blocked change.
- Write and tune SQL-based policies and policy packs mapped to customer frameworks, keeping false positives low.
- Integrate Linro guardrails into customer Terraform and CI/CD workflows and AI coding agents through MCP.
- Monitor and upgrade Linro in production, respond to incidents, debug in customer environments, and fix issues where possible.
- Provide reproducible findings to engineering and structured feedback to product and engineering.
- Create reusable customer playbooks and participate in scoping calls.
