Requirements
- Have native-level Japanese proficiency.
- Have a high level of English proficiency.
- Have a deep understanding of Japanese pop culture.
- Have advanced knowledge of the web and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Have strong online research skills.
- Use a reliable computer system and stable internet connection.
- Have robust antivirus software for conducting web searches.
- Be able to follow English instructions and comply with client-provided rules and guidelines.
- Not currently work, and have no previous work experience, as an Ads Quality Rater.
- Sign a confidentiality agreement to protect client confidential information.
- Pass language proficiency, learning-program, and client-designated quality tests before starting work.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate displayed web search results according to project rules and guidelines.
- Submit feedback on search results to help improve their quality.
- Complete tasks through the evaluation tool at personally selected times.
- Track weekly working hours and manage the work schedule independently.
