Experience
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience

Requirements

  • Hold active BCBA certification.
  • Have at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Be fluent in BST and caregiver-mediated treatment.
  • Adapt supervision to the person receiving it.
  • Pursue current evidence-based practice independently.
  • Manage time and documentation independently.
  • Communicate directly and professionally with families, staff, and leadership.
  • Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Carry a clinical caseload.
  • Supervise RBTs and student analysts.
  • Run caregiver training.
  • Facilitate social skills groups.
  • Oversee telehealth and in-person sessions in clinics and client homes.
