Requirements
- Hold a PhD in a relevant field.
- Have 5–10+ years of professional experience in a relevant field.
- Demonstrate expertise through academic background and/or industry experience.
- Have native or fluent proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR).
- Bring strong analytical skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and in a structured manner.
- Have excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Be able to work independently and deliver high-quality output in a guideline-driven environment.
- Do not use AI tools to generate answers or questions.
- Experience with content creation, research, education, or knowledge evaluation is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI training, data annotation, or evaluation projects is a plus.
- Interdisciplinary experience in fields such as history, anthropology, law and ethics, political theory, or cultural studies is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop advanced, open-ended questions grounded in realistic scenarios involving religion, philosophy, ethics, and belief systems in the Brazilian market.
- Provide in-depth, accurate, well-structured answers supported by domain knowledge.
- Incorporate Brazil-specific cultural, social, and regulatory context where relevant.
- Design content that requires critical thinking, nuance, and multi-step reasoning.
- Ensure clarity, precision, and high writing quality in Brazilian Portuguese.
- Follow project guidelines and meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
