Requirements
- Have strong experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and a solid understanding of end-to-end process flows.
- Understand Credit Management, Collections, Cash Application, Deductions Management, Billing, Dispute Management, and Customer Master Data.
- Have experience performing process analysis and optimization.
- Have experience designing and improving future-state (TO-BE) O2C processes.
- Have hands-on experience with HighRadius solution design and configuration.
- Be able to translate business needs into functional solution designs.
- Understand integration concepts between HighRadius and ERP systems.
- Have experience creating or contributing to Functional Design Documents (FDD), Process Design Documents (PDD), and Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners.
Responsibilities
- Assess current O2C processes and identify improvement areas.
- Identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Facilitate process workshops and discovery sessions.
- Design and improve future-state O2C processes based on industry best practices and business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional solution designs for HighRadius.
- Define workflows, business rules, strategies, queues, prioritization logic, and automation scenarios.
- Support process configuration and solution alignment.
- Create and contribute to functional and process documentation.
