Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of commercial experience in Machine Learning Engineering or MLOps.
- Have strong Python skills and experience building production ML solutions.
- Have practical Azure experience, particularly with services used to develop and deploy ML models.
- Know Azure Machine Learning and processes for training, registering, and deploying models.
- Have experience designing and developing MLOps processes.
- Be able to automate ML pipelines and manage model lifecycles.
- Know CI/CD processes for deploying Machine Learning solutions.
- Have experience containerizing applications and models with Docker.
- Understand Machine Learning methods, model evaluation, and quality metrics.
- Have experience preparing and processing data for model training.
- Know model, experiment, and ML artifact versioning practices.
- Be able to monitor production models and identify performance and quality issues.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop machine learning solutions for production systems.
- Prepare and optimize model training, validation, and deployment processes.
- Automate the ML model lifecycle, from data preparation through monitoring.
- Develop infrastructure for reliable and repeatable ML deployments.
- Build processes to support model quality, performance, and scalability.
- Monitor model effectiveness and identify changes affecting model quality.
- Design ways to integrate models with existing applications and services.
- Optimize data processing used in ML solutions.
- Develop standards for model versioning, testing, and maintenance.
- Work with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Software Engineering teams.
