Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, or Computer, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Have 3+ years of applicable IT experience working on large-scale application initiatives.
- Have working knowledge of RESTful API concepts.
- Have hands-on experience working with JSON files.
- Be able to troubleshoot and diagnose application issues independently by reviewing log files.
- Have working knowledge of database concepts and operating systems.
- Have working knowledge of at least one programming language.
- Have experience working alongside web-based application development teams.
- Nice to have: programming experience in C#.
- Nice to have: familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger and Postman.
- Nice to have: technical knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Nice to have: experience with Unix/Linux, UML, Splunk, and Agile/Scrum.
Responsibilities
- Understand business and technical requirements and validate proposed solutions against existing system functionality across international use cases.
- Build expertise in the DomOs application architecture, services, and integrations.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, domain models, solution models, API specifications, sequence diagrams, and event models.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to create and maintain solution documentation.
- Lead hand-off sessions to explain technical specifications to development teams.
- Provide functional guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Partner with Product Designers on solutions for DomOs applications.
- Perform acceptance testing on completed features and troubleshoot issues using log files.
- Analyze store configurations and data, including pricing, coupons, addresses, and reports, to support migration tools and approaches.
