Requirements
- Have software development experience or own an existing software product, application, or repository.
- Have full ownership or legal rights to license the submitted source code.
- Have access to the original code repository.
- Do not submit code containing third-party material you are not permitted to sublicense.
Responsibilities
- Submit an existing software repository for an initial assessment of its potential licensing value.
- Provide access to the original code repository.
- Review the evaluation based on the codebase and applicable acceptance criteria.
- Explore licensing opportunities if the repository qualifies.
- Review the estimated value before deciding whether to proceed.
- Receive compensation under agreed licensing terms if a transaction is completed.
