Requirements

  • Be fully bilingual, fluent or native in both English and Chinese.
  • Naturally mix English and Chinese when speaking.
  • Use any recording device, including a phone; no studio or special equipment is required.
  • Record in a quiet room without background music, television, traffic, or other people talking.
  • Provide clear, close-mic audio from one speaker, without echo.
  • A headset or earbuds with a microphone may help but are not required.

Responsibilities

  • Record 1–2 minute voice clips responding to a prompt or reacting to a short video.
  • Speak naturally while switching between English and Chinese in everyday conversation.
  • Complete a few clips per recording session.
